Medicare Advantage plans in Howell County, Missouri

For 2027, 48 Medicare Advantage plans are offered in Howell County, 2 more than in 2026. 29 of them are open to anyone with Medicare Part A and Part B who lives in the county. The other 19 are Special Needs Plans, which only people who qualify can join.

What these numbers mean for you

• HMO or PPO. HMO plans usually ask you to use doctors in the plan's network. PPO plans also pay something toward doctors outside it, usually at a higher cost.
