Using My Plan Compass

By using My Plan Compass, you agree to these terms. The service provides free Medicare Advantage plan comparisons for information and decision support. It does not compare every form of Medicare coverage: Original Medicare, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), and standalone Part D plans are outside the current comparison service.

Estimates and Plan Information

Results depend on the answers you provide and the plan data available to us. Estimated annual costs use modeling assumptions and may exclude costs where information is incomplete. Actual costs depend on your care, prescriptions, pharmacy, and coverage. Provider-network information may be unavailable or change. An unknown result does not mean that a provider is in-network or out-of-network.

Confirm eligibility, the coverage year, benefits, costs, drug coverage, and provider participation with the plan or Medicare.gov before enrolling. These comparisons are not medical advice or a guarantee of coverage, savings, eligibility, or a particular result.

Selecting a Plan and Enrollment

Selecting or saving a plan on this website does not enroll you, submit an application, or change your existing coverage. A next-step link may take you to Medicare.gov or a carrier, or you may choose to request assistance. Complete the required enrollment process and obtain confirmation from the plan or Medicare. External websites have their own terms and privacy policies.

Accounts and Responsible Use

Provide accurate information and keep account credentials private. If you help another person, use their information only with their permission or appropriate authority. Do not attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or submit malicious content. Contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains account and guest storage, website activity records, service providers, and deletion requests. Closing the browser does not automatically delete saved guest answers.

Availability and Updates

The service and information are provided as available. Data gaps, errors, or service interruptions can occur, and features and plan information may change. We update these terms on this page with a revised date. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
